Chapter 01 · The brief
Teachers already in Microsoft 365. A platform to meet them there.
A social enterprise mission to improve teaching quality — built into the tools teachers use every day.
A UK social enterprise with a mission to enhance teaching quality partnered with Vatsa to build a learning platform on top of Microsoft 365. Teachers were already using Microsoft tools — the opportunity was to create a layer that made pedagogical workflows easier within tools they already knew, rather than asking them to adopt yet another separate system.
Chapter 02 · Build
Lesson planning, progress tracking, and resource sharing — inside Microsoft 365.
Vatsa built the platform as a Microsoft 365 integration — surfacing lesson planning, student progress tracking, and resource sharing within the Microsoft ecosystem teachers were already using daily.
The platform was designed to work with existing school IT infrastructure without requiring new device provisioning. No new login, no new system to learn, no separate vendor relationship for the school's IT team to manage.
Chapter 03 · Outcomes
Deployed to classrooms across the UK. Recognised by the UK EdTech sector.
The platform won EdTech recognition in the UK for its approach to teacher workflow — embedding pedagogical tools into the Microsoft ecosystem rather than asking teachers to adopt a separate system. Deployment scaled to classrooms across the UK through the social enterprise's distribution network.
